A 47-year-old Minnesota woman, Connie Jo Frank, is accused of fatally stabbing her ex-boyfriend, Willard DeGroat, also 47, in Moorhead. Police responded to a possible stabbing shortly after midnight on August 4th and found DeGroat with a stab wound to the chest.
