STUTSMAN COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Three people were injured in a crash just north of Jamestown on Monday.

A 69-year-old male was headed south on US Highway 281 in a 2009 Hyundai Palisade when he approached the intersection of 32nd St SE. At the time, the driver of a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500, a 43-year-old male, was westbound on 32nd St SE when he approached the same intersection. The 43-year-old entered the intersection and hit the Hyundai on the front driver side of the vehicle. Both vehicles left the road and came to a rest on their wheels in the southwest ditch.

According to the official report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the driver of the Dodge Ram had disregarded the stop sign.

Both drivers and a 65-year-old female passenger in the Hyundai have serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The Jamestown Ambulance treated and took all three to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center for further care.

The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
