Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds appeared to be in good spirits while on a romantic walk in New York City after she faced backlash during her “It Ends With Us” press tour.
The “Gossip Girl” alum and the “Deadpool” star were seen holding hands and lovingly looking at each other during a stroll in the Big Apple on Tuesday.
Lively, 37, kept her all-black look casual with a short-sleeve crewneck T-shirt, baggy pants and boots. She accessorized with a black-and-white crossbody bag and a multicolored charm necklace.

Reynolds, 47, also went for a simple vibe, strutting around in loose-fitting green pants and a black camp shirt with rolled-up sleeves over a white tee. He also sported a pair of brown sunglasses, a chain necklace and brown shoes.
The A-list couple, who married in 2012 and share four children, has kept a fairly low profile since Lively found herself in the middle of drama over her latest film, “It Ends With Us.”
The actress started promoting the movie — which is based on a 2016 Colleen Hoover novel and deals with domestic violence — by wearing florals to represent her character’s flower shop, but fans began to call her out for not addressing the serious themes in it.

Lively faced additional criticism for saying her character is “not defined by something someone else did to her or an event that happened to her, even if it’s multiple events.”
“She defines herself, and I think that’s deeply empowering. … No one else can define you. No experience can define you. You define you,” she told BBC News last month.
Amid the backlash, fans also speculated that the “Age of Adaline” star had been feuding with her co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, as they were not photographed together at the premiere and did not do any press together.

A source later claimed Baldoni and Lively had disagreed over the final edit of the film, with an insider confirming to Page Six that the “A Simple Favor” star’s version made it to theaters.
Another source told us at the time that Baldoni, 40, had been “extremely difficult” on set and “none of the cast enjoyed working with him,” so they opted to leave him out of press interviews.
A report later said the “Jane the Virgin” alum made Lively feel “uncomfortable” about her postpartum body by asking about her weight while training to lift her for a scene.

However, some sources defended Baldoni, arguing that he did not intend to make his co-star feel “uncomfortable.”
The actor and his production company bought the rights to Hoover’s bestselling novel in 2019, and he also snagged the 2022 sequel, “It Starts With Us.”
However, the future of the second flick remains up in the air given all the behind-the-scenes drama.
