Bon Appétit magazine named its 20 best new restaurants in the United States, and just one in Texas — Barbs B Q in Lockhart, a town near Austin — made the list. The accolade comes the same week that the owners of Goldee’s Barbecue in Fort Worth were named as three of the 13 best new chefs in America by Food & Wine.
