Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney outlines the US states Vice President Kamala Harris must win to secure the White House.
“Michigan and Pennsylvania will be absolutely critical,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.
“If you are looking at one state on election night, you watch Pennsylvania.
“One of the problems here … is this notoriously and historically one of the slowest states to count in this nation is Pennsylvania.”
