Biden is to visit on Friday, Sept. 6, the United Association Local 190’s Job Training Center at 7920 Jackson Road just outside Ann Arbor in Scio Township, according to the White House, which did not release his time of arrival. The center is between Parker and Barker roads, south of I-94.
