UNI swimming rising senior Olivia Chambers won her third Paralympic medal for Team USA on Thursday, this time with a second-place finish in the women’s 100m breaststroke, touching the wall with a time of 1:17.70.
Chambers previously won a gold medal in the women’s 400 freestyle in Paris on Saturday, as well as a silver medal in the 200 IM on Tuesday.
Thursday’s race marked the last for Chambers, an Arkansas native, at her first Paralympic Games. She leaves Paris with three total medals, one gold and two silver.

The senior claimed six medals at the 2023 Para Swimming World Championships. She competed in five events in the 2024 Paralympics and came away with three medals — one gold and two silver.
