ALBAWABA – A Donald Trump rally in Johnstown, Pennsylvania went viral across social media after a man stormed the area and got tasered by local police on Friday. This came amid tightened security due to the recent assassination attempt that took place in the same state.
On Jul. 13, 2024, Trump’s safety was put in jeopardy after 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire at the former president and current candidate in Pennsylvania, with the bullet nearly hitting his head but miraculously grazing his ear instead.

According to several media outlets, the man in question stormed the press area where he was seen climbing onto a railing with police officers surrounding him. Moreover, he looked fixated on getting there but eventually got tasered and taken away.
Videos of the incident from different angles quickly swarmed social media as users discussed the matter in the comment sections expressing how Donald Trump and his team need to “tighten security further” because of “loonies” like this guy.

A user claimed that the man did this amid Trump’s criticism of mainstream news outlets and accused them of being biased and in favor of rival candidate and current vice president Kamala Harris.
According to RT, the man’s intentions remain unknown and by the time of writing this article, authorities didn’t confirm the reason he’s in detention.
