College Football Week 1 is upon us, and that means fans all over the country will be able to see their favorite teams and players. For fans of the Minnesota Vikings, it means we can start to paint a picture of some players and get to know some names for the next draft cycle.
The first Thursday of the College Football season doesn’t have many marquee matchups to watch but there is one and it has some draft implications.
The Colorado Buffalo face off against one of the most successful FCS programs in the country, the North Dakota State Bison. While we can debate which is the proper term for the large, fury animals that roam the plains, we can at least agrees the football versions of them are promising.
Colorado, of course, is led by Deion Sanders, who always attracts national attention. That is why this game can be found on ESPN at 7 p.m. CST. When you tune in, we have some players for you to watch who could be Vikings in the future.
