Team USA looks to bounce back from an opening round loss to Czechia in the Hlinka Gretzky Cup when they hit the ice again on Tuesday evening in Edmonton.

Finland also lost its opener, a 2-1 OT loss to Germany, despite being up 1-0 heading into the third period.
The Americans were also up 1-0 in their game after Matt Grimes scored the game’s first goal on an assist from Carter Murphy. Adam Novotny and David Rozsival scored for Czechia to seal the win. Novotny assisted on Rozsival’s tally and Adam Benak had a pair of helpers.
Goalie Ryan Cameron, from Pennsylvania, had 19 saves. Teddy Mutryn is the lone Massachusetts representative on Team USA. He’s from Norwell and plays for St. Sebastian’s.
USA finishes off Group B pool play on Wednesday against the Germans.
