The last loss for the U.S. came during the 1992 Olympics.
Diana Taurasi is making her sixth Olympic appearance for the U.S., while Sabrina Ionescu and Kelsey Plum are among the players set to debut in five-on-five action. One notable omission from Team USA is Indiana Fever and No. 1 pick in the WNBA Draft, Caitlin Clark.
The WNBA season is at its halfway mark, meaning the women should be in good form ahead of the 2024 Olympics with a shot at showing off their dominance.
