Vice President Harris is scheduled to hold a campaign in Philadelphia this afternoon, as several Democrats and donors have been encouraging President Biden to step aside in his reelection bid. Biden, however, continues to insist he will stay in the race and is making calls today to various caucuses and groups of lawmakers. Later in the day, former president Donald Trump is planning to hold a campaign rally in Butler, Pa., about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh while speculation continues about whom he will pick as a running mate.
