The finals for Miss Florida USA 2024 take place Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. Eastern, live from the Coral Springs Center for the Arts in Coral Springs, FL.
This event, held since 1952, will determine which Florida beauty pageant contestant (out of 37 candidates) will represent the state at Miss USA, a nationwide pageant whose winner will then represent the United States in Miss Universe — one of the so-called “Big Four” international beauty pageants.

Miss Florida USA has a history stretching all the way back to the 1950s, bridging generations as beauty standards have changed and adapted with the shifting times.
While the exact cash prize can vary, the perks provided to the winner include (but certainly are not limited to) a crown and sash, an evening gown in anticipation of competing in Miss USA, and the LEAP Conference Scholarship.
Jaclyn Nesheiwat Stapp, a model, actress, and the CEO/founder of CHARM Foundation, was named the director of Miss Florida USA in February, with hopes that she would make the 2024 event an “unforgettable” pageant for all involved.
