The Tennessee Titans are back on the road this week, traveling to Florida to face the Miami Dolphins. Unlike the Titans, the Dolphins have a win in 2024, but they will be without their fearless leader this Monday as Tua Tagovailoa has been placed on injured reserve while he recovers from yet another concussion.
There’s not a lot to choose from on either of these teams for fantasy players. Will Levis’ inability to get the ball to his receivers leaves his skill players with minimal points. Miami’s quarterback uncertainty also kills the hope for its skill position players. This game is going to be interesting as it poses a legitimate opportunity for the Titans to get a win under their belt if Levis cleans up his act — if.
Still, there are some players worth playing if they’re already on your roster, so it is not a suggestion to go grab one of these players. But if you have them, consider the matchup and give them a nod.

WR Tyreek Hill
Tyreek Hill has raised eyebrows at his position since he entered the league in 2016. The veteran receiver spent six years in Kansas City before arriving in Miami in 2022, and he’s already proven that it doesn’t matter who throws him the ball. As long as it’s close enough for him to get, Hill will make a play and grab the ball. His points may not be what they usually are when Tua plays, but he shouldn’t have any trouble doing what needs done.
RB Tony Pollard
This might be a shock after last week’s performance, but the Titans are going to have to rely on Tony Pollard this week. They can’t afford for Will Levis to turn the ball over as he is prone to do, which means handing it off more often. Especially after the offense tanked last week when Pollard had just 14 yards on the ground. Brian Callahan should get Pollard more involved this week, which will result in more fantasy points for those who have him rostered.
DST Miami
This one was seriously a no-brainer. The Titans have eight turnovers in three games, over two turnovers per game. Not only does your DST gain points from turnovers, but taking the ball away decreases the number of yards allowed. With the Titans propensity for turnovers, there’s no reason to NOT play the Dolphins’ defense.
RB De’Von Achane
De’Von Achane is in his second year in the NFL and he’s already on pace to out-do last season’s 800 yards rushing. With the quarterback position up in the air, Achane will get a lot of touches against the Titans on Monday. So far this season, he’s racked up 150 yards on the ground and 173 yards receiving, plus one rushing touchdown and one receiving. His numbers won’t go down against the Titans.
DST Titans
This one is… meh. The Titans don’t have a lot of options to choose from for fantasy points as they’re having a terrible season. The defense, though, isn’t as terrible as the offense. They are actually a bright spot, and in fantasy defense is combined with special teams. Titans return-man Jha’Quan Jackson is having a fantastic season and the biggest thing the defense needs to improve on is getting take-aways. Still, take this one with a grain of salt because fatigue is a major factor for the defense thanks to its lack of depth. Traveling won’t help either, but if you have the Titans defense, go ahead and start them this week against a Dolphins team without a quarterback.
