Ohio State will be back on network television when it hosts Iowa on Oct. 5.
It was announced Monday that CBS will carry the Big Ten game between the Buckeyes and Hawkeyes. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
The Buckeyes’ conference opener at Michigan State this week is airing on Peacock, a streaming platform owned and operated by NBCUniversal.

Two of their three previous games had been on one of the major networks with CBS broadcasting the Buckeyes’ season opener against Akron and FOX televising their final nonconference game against Marshall.
While Ohio State visits the Spartans on Saturday, the Hawkeyes, who opened their Big Ten schedule with a 31-14 win at Minnesota last week, will be idle.
The Buckeyes are playing Iowa for only the second time since they were upset in Iowa City in 2017. They handled the Hawkeyes in a 54-10 win in their most recent meeting in 2022.
