US-based Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its newest location in Thibodaux, Louisiana, marking the brand’s entry into Lafourche Parish.
Located at 1050 S Acadia Road, the new store will be the company’s 13th establishment in the state.
It is owned by local entrepreneurs Chad and Amanda Ducote.
The restaurant will operate from Monday to Saturday between 10:30am and 8pm.
The venue will offer in-restaurant seating, outdoor patio seating, take-out, kerbside pickup, drive-through service, third-party delivery and catering services.
The menu will showcase Chicken Salad Chick’s signature items, including made-from-scratch chicken salad flavours, gourmet soups, sandwiches, desserts and fresh side salads.
The Thibodaux restaurant will celebrate its grand opening on 25 September, offering the first 100 guests in line a chance to win free chicken salad for a year, while the remaining 99 guests receive the same prize for a month.

Founded in 2008 by Stacy and Kevin Brown in Auburn, Alabama, Chicken Salad Chick has expanded to 270 restaurants across 19 US states.
Under the leadership of Scott Deviney, the brand continues its rapid growth with a mix of franchise and company-owned locations.
