HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. — Virginia-based Legacy Markets completed its acquisition of Triangle Stop Food Stores and JH Reaben Oil Co.
The acquisitions consist of 10 convenience stores in western North Carolina, which primarily serve the Hendersonville and Brevard communities.
