A Hartford man faces extradition to Missouri for alleged child sex crimes.
Devon Kinzle, age 27, was arrested Friday. The Kansas District Court Public Access Portal says Kinzle is charged in Missouri with second-degree statutory rape, possession of child pornography and furnishing or trying to furnish pornographic material to a minor. Missouri court records have Kinzle charged with those counts last September in Jasper County. Charges say the victim was under 17 years old at the time of the alleged incidents.
Kinzle had his first appearance in Lyon County District Court on Tuesday. He has an extradition hearing Oct. 15 in Emporia. He currently has no hearing dates set in Missouri.
