How threatening are the Dallas Mavericks to the Oklahoma City Thunder this coming 2024-25 NBA season? On one hand of the equation, the Mavs are fresh off a 2024 NBA Finals appearance in which they appeared to need more depth, which they went out and got this offseason.
But on the other side of the equation we have the Thunder, who also went out and upgraded their roster in a big (no pun intended — OK, maybe a little) with center Isaiah Hartenstein and 3-and-D expert Alex Caruso, and OKC is already seen as likely to win the league’s Western Conference this season for the second year in a row.
