The Tigers knocked off the Nicholls State Colonels 44-21 in their last game. The Gamecocks are coming off of a victory over the Kentucky Wildcats by the score of 31-6. Against the Colonels, Garrett Nussmeier led the Tigers with 302 yards on 27-of-37 passing (73.0%) for six touchdowns and no interceptions. Josh Williams ran for 19 yards on four carries (4.8 yards per carry). CJ Daniels had four receptions for 71 yards (17.8 per catch) against the Colonels. LaNorris Sellers went 11-for-15 with 159 yards, two touchdowns and one interception for the Gamecocks against the Wildcats. In that matchup, Raheim Sanders had a 13-carry, 54-yard game (4.2 yards per attempt) with one touchdown. Mazeo Bennett had 63 yards through the air after three catches (on four targets), with one touchdown.
