The Nebraska Cornhuskers have released their depth chart for week three of the 2024 college football season. The Huskers host Northern Iowa at Memorial Stadium this Saturday for a 6:30 p.m. CT kickoff.

Earlier in the week, quarterback Dylan Raiola said that he believes the Nebraska defense is the best in the country. On Tuesday afternoon, coordinator Tony White didn’t share that belief.

“So right now we’re the worst defense in the country. It comes back to how you can’t preach the process of one day and then do something different. It’s Tuesday and it is a physical day. We have an opponent coming in here, who rushes for 250-plus yards a game and has some great backs. All of that stuff (one-day process) will go for nothing if you don’t prepare the right way and just again approach it as, you have a team coming in here who will beat you if you don’t handle business, so it’s just Tuesday.”
