The Massachusetts Bar Association’s 2024-25 membership year kicked off at the beginning of the month, and its new president said she plans to advocate for reproductive justice, diversity and inclusion, and mentorship opportunities during her leadership.
Victoria Santoro, co-founder of Santoro & Gray with her longtime trial partner Jessica Gray, took over the reins as the new membership year began Sept. 1. As a seasoned trial attorney, Santoro has handled a variety of matters, including a multimillion-dollar presuit settlement against a ride-hailing company on behalf of an injured pedestrian and one of the largest personal injury verdicts in the state—a $147 million judgment on behalf of a child who suffered severe side effects from Children’s Motrin.
