US LBM Coaches Poll: Georgia and Clemson on two very different paths
Week 1 of the college football season is in the books and the US LBM Coaches Poll provides us with an early look at how this season could play out.

The North Carolina State Wolfpack and the Tennessee Volunteers will enter the Week 2 matchup having won their season-opening games last week.
The meeting is considered a home game for the Wolfpack with the game being played in Carolina but it will be played at Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers, as the neutral site venue.
The Vols and the Wolfpack were ranked in the US LMB Coaches Poll this week. Tennessee sits just outside of the top 10 at No. 12 after moving up three spots. NC State is ranked No. 23 after dropping just one spot.
Both teams produced winning records in 2023 but entered this season with new quarterbacks leading the offense. Quarterback Nico Iamaleava led the Vols to a 69-3 victory over Chattanooga, drawing praise from former head coach Urban Meyer.
NC State trailed Western Carolina 21-17 in the fourth quarter before quarterback Grayson McCall and the Wolfpack rallied back with 21 points in the final period for the 38-21 victory.
