ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WACH) — One person died in a single-car collision.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, on August 7th, at approximately 6:55 am, the collision occurred on SC Highway US-21 near Calhoun Street, about a half mile north of Rowesville, SC.
The driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was the only person in the vehicle and was dead at the scene.
Officials say that the driver was driving south on US-21 traveled off road and overturned their vehicle.
This incident is still under investigation.
