Harris-Trump debate rules set and agreed upon
The ground rules of the Harris-Trump debate have been laid out.
The presidential debate on Tuesday will offer a chance to compare former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris on the issues, and both candidates are hoping to win over voters from Pennsylvania and other critical battleground states.
Reporters from the USA TODAY Network are interested in speaking with registered voters in Pennsylvanian after the debate to see what they thought of the candidates’ performances and whether the televised match-up swayed or cemented their vote.
