Tickets for Missouri football game against Buffalo have sold out

Another Columbia game night, another sellout.

Mizzou athletics announced Thursday morning that tickets Missouri football’s contest Saturday against Buffalo at Memorial Stadium have sold out, meaning the Tigers look set to play in front of at least three capacity crowds to start the season.

Missouri’s opening game against Murray State sold out shortly before game day, and tickets for the Tigers’ Week 3 contest against Boston College have already hit the secondary market.

Now, the Buffalo game is set for a full crowd, too.

Dating back to last season, and looking ahead to next week, Mizzou (1-0) has now sold out eight straight home games.

Games later this season against Auburn, which is MU’s homecoming game, and Oklahoma also have been marked by the athletic department as sellouts.

That means Missouri has just two remaining home matchups with single-game tickets available for purchase directly through the MU athletics website this regular season. Those games are against Vanderbilt in Week 4 and versus Arkansas in the regular-season finale.
