The Nebraska Cornhuskers are entering the 2024 season looking for a vast improvement on the offensive side of the ball. The team ranked 115th in the nation in total offense, averaging a paltry 312.8 yards per game.

The Huskers were even worse when it came to scoring offense, averaging only 18.0 points per game, which ranked them 120th in the country. During the offseason, Matt Rhule made changes to his staff, hiring Glenn Thomas as the team’s quarterback coach and co-offensive coordinator.

Rhule has already named freshman quarterback Dylan Raiola as the team’s starter for Week 1. After Adrian Martinez, Raiola will be only the second true freshman to start a season opener at Nebraska.

Nebraska will kick off the 2024 season on Saturday, August 31st, when the Huskers welcome UTEP to Memorial Stadium. The game will start at 2:30 p.m. CT and can be seen on the Fox Network.

Below is a two-deep depth chart projecting Nebraska’s offensive starters for the 2024 college football season.
