Minnesota went into Las Vegas and took down the Aces, 98-87, on Wednesday night behind 23 points from forward Napheesa Collier and 22 from guard Courtney Williams. All five Lynx starters scored in double figures and the team was collectively hot from the floor, hitting 59.4 percent of their shots and 57.9 percent (11-of-19) from 3-point range to help overcome big performances from Aces veterans Jackie Young (26 points), Kelsey Plum (20) and A’ja Wilson (15). The Lynx will look to make it three straight wins over Las Vegas as they now sit atop the WNBA’s Western Conference standings with their 20-8 overall record. That includes four straight victories and a 3-0 start to the second half, where all three Minnesota wins have come by double digits.
