(KNSI) – A sudsy sensation will return to the Minnesota State Fair.
The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild is again bringing back its beloved Brewed in Minnesota exhibit with new non-alcoholic choices. For the first time in the exhibit’s history, they will offer a NA Craft Beverage flight, which includes NA beer, cider, kombucha, soda and more.
The booth will showcase 98 craft breweries and brewpubs throughout Minnesota starting on Thursday, August 22nd. The display will be in the Agriculture and Horticulture Building. Almost 200 individual beers will be offered in rotating flights throughout the two-week fair.
The booth will also feature educational presentations twice daily. These will include the history of beer in different regions, the process of growing necessary ingredients, the benefits of using aluminum cans instead of glass bottles, the ins and outs of opening a brewery, making cider, brewing technologies and more.
