When we were young during the summer we would sit out in front of our house at night and we would throw a tennis ball up in the air and then watch for bats. The bats would pick up the ball in the air with their “radar” and dive for the ball, probably thinking it was some type of bug and they were looking for a late-night snack. We always thought it was cool when the bats would fly down and we’d see them. Our parents on the other hand were not as amused. They would always tell us the bats were gonna get stuck in our hair and we’d have to have our heads shaved lol. Needless to say no one had their head shaved, but we loved the bats.
