An Indianapolis woman was sentenced on Tuesday for her part in illegally purchasing a gun that was later used to kill a Champaign police officer. According to a DOJ news release, 30-year-old Ashantae Corruthers was sentenced to four years after pleading guilty to her part in the crime.
