Some Pennsylvania families will soon begin to receive grocery cards to buy food for children during the summer break when free and reduced school meals are unavailable.
SUN Bucks, a federal food assistance program, gives families “a one-time $120 payment for each eligible child” that can be used at participating stores, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
