Just before 1AM CDT on Thursday (8/8), Tropical Storm Debby finally drifted back inland after meandering off the GA/SC Coast for about a day. It officially made its 2nd U.S. landfall near Bulls Bay, South Carolina with max sustained winds of 50 mph. Its initial U.S. landfall was across the Big Bend of Florida on Monday morning near Steinhatchee.
