EUGENE, Ore. (KATU) — The Oregon Ducks will begin the season ranked 3rd in the USA Today Coaches Poll. The poll was released Monday and features three Big Ten teams and Oregon.
This is the first time Oregon has started the season in the top 10 since 2020. The Ducks number 3 ranking matches the highest preseason ranking in program history.
The Coaches Poll Top 10 with first-place votes in parenthesis:

Oregon starts the season against Idaho on August 31. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
