Miss Michigan Alma Cooper was crowned the new Miss USA on Sunday night.Cooper, 22, is a second lieutenant and military intelligence officer in the US Army.She’s taking the title after a tumultuous year — both Miss USA and Miss Teen USA resigned in May.
