Uptegrove is a 5-foot-5 infielder/outfielder from Columbia, Missouri, where she’s been spectacular for Father Tolton Catholic High School. The utility woman has taken home a number of awards including all-conference, and all-state honors. She helped lead Tolton high school to a state championship in her freshman year.

Uptegrove racked up a Missouri state record of 48 homers over her high school career. She has exceptional bat-to-ball skills, hitting for power, but also contact. Uptegrove set records for batting average, hits, runs, doubles, triples, home runs, runs-batted-in and total bases.

She’ll look to make an instant impact for a talented Missouri Tigers roster.

Wilhelm is another native of the state, born and raised in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The 5-foot-6 middle infielder helped lead Blue Springs South High School to a Missouri state championship her junior year.

She took home a number of notable accolades over her four years of high school. Wilhelm earned first-team all-region and first-team all-state honors as well. Batting .421 in her junior campaign, she has shown a model of consistency for years now.

Her family has ties to the Kansas baseball program, but she opted for the better program in Missouri.

Coming off a season where they hosted a super-regional, the Tigers will look to stay active and continue building something special in Columbia.
