According to the intake coordinator as Alday was being processed into the intake center, he said, “I don’t like President Biden. I want to kill him, slit his throat.”

In July, the investigating Secret Service Agent and deputies from the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office went to interview Alday who was being held at the HCA Florida Capital Hospital. The criminal complaint affidavit says the investigating agent asked Alday if he made threatening remarks against the president which he denied.

The affidavit says during the interview process Alday became agitated and stated that he does not like President Biden.

On July 11, the Secret Service was made aware of four posts that were posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, by someone with the username Jason Alderman, the affidavit says.

The first post made on June 30, stated, ” Sources: Joe Biden’s health is declining rapidly. Not doing too good at all. Should I finish him off?”

The post on July 11 stated, “I’ll kill Joe Biden today!!”

The user, who was identified as Alday, then allegedly threatened the investigating Secret Service agent and used racial slurs.

According to the Department of Justice, Alday was arrested by the United States Marshals Service Task Force, and the United States Secret Service on Monday.

The case will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Eric Welch, the DOJ says,
