It’s training camp month (better known as July). As a result, it’s time for a fresh Vikings depth chart.

The Vikings’ GM — Mr. Kwesi Adofo-Mensah — understands that tinkering with a roster is eternal. He is constantly searching for ways to improve even as there’s patience with the players currently in-house. Some of the names below will be new but there’s a lot of carry over.

Of course, just about every Vikings fan wants to see what will happen at quarterback. Until notified otherwise, Sam Darnold is the leader. But, of course, there’s an offseason for a reason. The competition is going to take place and J.J. McCarthy has a shot.

The defense is looking considerably different. The front seven, in particular, is showing the signs of a total overhaul. The edge rushers should be improved and there’s a chance the linebackers are excellent, as well. Who emerges in the defensive tackle competition?

Khyree Jackson, the No. 108 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, did have his name included below, but he has tragically passed away.

Take a look at the rest of the Vikings depth chart to get a sense of where things stand.
