Authorities say they are seeking clues to why a 20-year-old man from a small town in Pennsylvania decided to open fire at former president Donald Trump’s rally Saturday. The Secret Service chief said the agency would cooperate with an independent review of security at the rally, as Democratic and Republican lawmakers are questioning how a gunman managed to get onto a nearby roof.
