Wisconsin’s 2024 schedule will instantly highlight the difference between the old Big Ten and the new 18-team super-conference.
The Badgers travel to USC in Week 5 to open conference play. That’s right, the Badgers will now play conference games in Los Angeles, California, Eugene, Oregon and Seattle, Washington.

Luke Fickell’s team will then proceed through a gauntlet conference schedule that includes games vs. Penn State, at Iowa, vs. Oregon and at Nebraska. Not only will games against USC and Oregon highlight the conference’s new landscape, but the Badgers will no longer receive the benefit of a Big Ten West slate. It will need to somehow finish 10-2 or 11-1 to even sniff the conference title game.
Minus what that all means for the Wisconsin program, the new Big Ten schedules will see some classic Badgers rivalries renewed. There is not much history against Washington, but Wisconsin is no stranger to big games against UCLA and Oregon.
