A Raleigh teen has been crowned Miss North Carolina Teen USA.
Kaylee Stavlas is the Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2024 winner!
Stavlas is a senior who is homeschooled, and she is also dually enrolled at Liberty University Online Academy to earn her associate degree in business.
She started a non-profit, NEX GEN CEO, empowering the next generation of diverse entrepreneurs to do good through business. Stavlas plans to expand NEX GEN CEO into all 100 counties of North Carolina by establishing student entrepreneurship clubs and organizing student business fairs, according to the pageant’s website.
She was previously Miss Smithield’s Teen 2023. As Miss North Carolina Teen USA, Stavlas wants to launch a “Next Generation Entrepreneurship Day” across the state of North Carolina, highlighting and inspiring student entrepreneurship and innovation to create businesses with social impact.
A model and talented opera singer, she hopes to become a corporate lawyer.
“Through all her work, Kaylee hopes to inspire young entrepreneurs and students to believe that, regardless of their age or background, they can change the world and do good through business,” the pageant’s website said.
Stavlas will be representing North Carolina in the National USA Teen competition in August.
